Under the title ‘Bavaria meets Havana’, me and the Cuban pianist Yamilé Cruz Montero will perform works of Bavarian and Cuban composers such as Laura Konjetzky, Bernd Redmann, Diana Syrse, Tania Leon and Aldo López-Gavilan. Four concerts are already planned in February and March 2023 in Munich, Regensburg, Bayreuth and Pullach im Isartal. The duo celebrates its 11th anniversary in Germany in 2023 world premieres are planned for this project. The first 4 concerts are made possible by the Tonkünstlerverband Bayern with funds from the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and Art as part of the TONKÜNSTLER LIVE SPECIAL project.
