Christos Asonitis is owner of the Quality-Certificate “Q:” that proves his music education qualifications and requirements for outstanding quality in teaching Drums (Rock-Pop-Jazz).

Christos Asonitis works as a professional musician since 1998, has a lot of experience performing different genres like jazz, latin, rock, pop, funk, world music and has recorded many hours in the studio. His teachers are great educators from different countries such as: Spyros Panagiotopoulos (GRE), Werner Schmitt (DEU), Jeff Ballard (USA), Ron Savage (USA), Billy Hart (USA), Marcos Suzano (BRA), Jose Eladio Amat (CUB), Kiko Freitas (BRA), Enrique Pla (CUB), Cassio Cunha (BRA), Ramses Rodriguez (CUB), Michael Keul (DEU), Wolfram Winkel (DEU), Claus Hessler (DEU), Fotis Yiannopoulos (GRE), Efrain Toro (PRI).

He teaches all ages and all levels from children starting elementary school to senior adults and from beginners to professional musicians. He teached drums at Modern Music School Fürstenfeldbruck (2014-2017), Kreativ Musikforum Munich (2016-2020), Musikinstitut GENIMA Munich (2013-2016), Easy Learning Musikschule Wessling (2013-2015), Aenaon Conservatory Athens (1998-2002), Conservatory Raymondi Athens (2003-2005), Metropolitan Conservatory of Livadia (2007-2010), Music School of Daphne Athens (2009-2012), Panagiotopoulos Elementary School Athens (2009), Conservatory Nikolaos Matzaros Athens (2007-2012). He has collaborated in the jazz vocal class of Sofia Noiti at the Art Music School Athens of Yiorgos Fakanas (2006-2008). He was in charge of the drums study courses at the Music Guitar School of Heraklion Greece where he annually held concerts, clinics and workshops and a former teacher of the international music studies programme of London College of Music (LCM). He is a member of Tonkünstlerverband e.V., (Bavarian Association of Musicians).

His lessons contain both basic technical and stylish drum studies as well as improvisation and advanced elements like polyrhythms and rhythmic displacement and also rhythmic and drumming methods for drums, cajon and body percussion without having to read music. All these aspects focus on making the student to learn the sense of rhythm, the instrument of drum set, the music and to understand how to behave in a group and in a particular music style. In addition Christos Asonitis gives percussion and drum workshops with different objects. He also prepares students for University entrance examination.

Since 2015 he teaches in his own music school  “Musikstudio X&Y” in the city of Munich.
